Event 4 - Mind your Mind

What a great day it was to have a motivational speech by an Ex-Google employee Mr. Santosh Karnananda

Mr. Santosh Karnananda giving the speech

There was a great crowd to hear from him. The venue for this event was our Library’s Auditorium which was flooded with the students of different years from different departments. If you ask me, there was no space left for me to sit in the hall.

PLEASE FILL THIS SPACE (As we all were being introduction about him, we got amazed about what all he have achieved in his life and the ways he chose to get them.)

He started the session by talking about Google, it’s products. What and all is new in the market. He told us about his past experience with the Google and how it works.
Later he also talked about personality development. He showed a path to fulfill our dreams.

We also had few fun sessions in between. He asked us to close our eyes and NOT to think about a pink elephant which everyone failed to do so. With this, he taught us not to think in a negative way because human brain do exactly the same which it’s taught not to do. So, instead of thinking that “It’s too hard, I can’t do it” think “It’s too easy and I've done it already”.

The talk ended with a Question-Answer session where several students asked questions to him about Google, how it works. One of the question was “How can I get placed in Google?”. He gave fun full answers to all of the questions being asked to him.

During this QA session, he told us about his story how he entered into Google. It was a very tough interview for him as well. But he cleared it and gave us all few tips for our interview.

Out GSA, Prashant Kumar Pandey gave a vote of thanks to Mr. Santosh Karnananda for such a great session.

Our college faculty also thanked Mr. Santosh Karnananda for visiting our university and gave him a memento as a present.

We all would like to thank Mr. Santosh Karnananda for his visit to our university and having such a great talk with us. Hope to see you again soon.
Finally a group pic with one of the most inspiring dignity we had ever met.
